Cancelations:

All products in our store are made-to-order. If you need to cancel an order, we'll do everything we can to accommodate, however, we cannot make any cancellations or address changes for any orders after your order has reached production. This is due to the nature of creating customized products. Orders are held for approval and production typically begins within 24 hours of your order being submitted. 

If you need to cancel or update an order or shipping information, it needs to be canceled or updated before it goes into production.

Orders cannot be canceled once in production.
